Touring Teams

If your Rugby Team wants to combine fun and rugby away from home, then look no further. Budapest is a top place to come and experience somewhere completelty different, within the rugby community there are several clubs that like to extend the season to play a few extra games with touring sides.

Often the Budapest exiles have small mini tournaments with one or more touring sides rounded off with beers and a BBQ, and/or meeting in town, as long as there is no work the next day!

Hungary has a long history and therefore is a historical place, with many monuments and interesting places to see and things to do. The river Danube has been a key feature of Budapest, Europe's second longest river, which divides the two cities of Buda and Pest.

Another important thing about Budapest, is knowing how and where to relax. There is a wide range of local good quality beers, some great bars and open-air discos, and some excellent spas to help get rid of those aching muscles from tackling and running and having to lifting all those beers.

The prices in bars are good, and therefore the value for money is excellent. The ‘Exiles’ are good at helping teams find good quality centrally located hotels at good prices and in addition, can provide some good agendas for the rugby tourists, that are looking for the dark-side of Budapest. - It is important to have a little local guidance with these matters.

Within Budapest, there are all kinds of other things that can be arranged, all you have to do is ask… We are pretty sure that having a Rugby tour in Budapest will tick all the right boxes and will provide a source of legendary stories to take home with you and share for many years to come.
